Start code & tracking
Jobs start only with your 4-digit code. Live status, timer, masked calls and in-app chat — nothing off the record.
Support that answers
WhatsApp and in-app support 8 am – 10 pm in Hindi and English. Re-do or refund if the scope was not met.
Before you book
- Partners carry their own basic tools; cleaning supplies are yours unless listed
- Care services are non-medical unless a qualified service is explicitly listed
- Keep valuables put away; report any issue within 24 hours from Help & support
- Prefer a female partner? Set it in your profile — we match when available
