When do I pay?

Every booking is paid in the app when you confirm — UPI, card or wallet, with the bill (MRP, discounts, GST) shown first. Scrap pickups pay you. There are no hidden charges and no cash at the door.

Are partners verified?

Yes. Every partner completes government-ID and address verification plus a live selfie check, and a training session before their first job. Jobs start only with a 4-digit code from you, and every booking has in-app support.
