How much does Donation Pickup cost?

Nothing. Donation Pickup is a free doorstep pickup by a verified partner; there is no payment and no payout.

What is included in Donation Pickup?

How do I book Donation Pickup?

Open the Jhatpat app, choose Donation Pickup, pick instant or a slot, and confirm. You can also message us on WhatsApp.

When do I pay?

Every booking is paid in the app when you confirm — UPI, card or wallet, with the bill (MRP, discounts, GST) shown first. Repairs take the visit charge at booking and the quoted work only after you approve it in the app. Rides, courier and moves are estimated by distance and settled on the actual route. Scrap pickups pay you. There are no hidden charges and no cash at the door.

Where is Jhatpat available?

We open one city at a time, neighbourhood by neighbourhood — Ranchi, Lucknow, Dhanbad and Varanasi are on the way. The app shows exactly what is live at your address, and you can ask for your city on WhatsApp.

Are partners verified?

Yes. Every partner completes government-ID and address verification plus a live selfie check, and a training session before their first job. Jobs start only with a 4-digit code from you, and every booking has in-app support.
