How much does Towing cost?

Towing starts at ₹799 per visit (list price ₹1,199). The exact price for your address and the full scope are shown in the Jhatpat app before you confirm.

What is included in Towing?

Roadside partner in ~30 min; Fixed call-out charge, parts extra. Not included: Highway / outstation.

How do I book Towing?

Open the Jhatpat app, choose Towing, pick instant or a slot, and confirm. You can also message us on WhatsApp.

When do I pay?

Every booking is paid in the app when you confirm — UPI, card or wallet, with the bill (MRP, discounts, GST) shown first. Repairs take the visit charge at booking and the quoted work only after you approve it in the app. Rides, courier and moves are estimated by distance and settled on the actual route. Scrap pickups pay you. There are no hidden charges and no cash at the door.

Where is Jhatpat available?

We open one city at a time, neighbourhood by neighbourhood — Ranchi, Lucknow, Dhanbad and Varanasi are on the way. The app shows exactly what is live at your address, and you can ask for your city on WhatsApp.

Are partners verified?

Yes. Every partner completes government-ID and address verification plus a live selfie check, and a training session before their first job. Jobs start only with a 4-digit code from you, and every booking has in-app support.
