In the app: Account → Delete account. Confirm, and your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days — open bookings are completed or cancelled first, and records we must keep by law (invoices, payout records) are retained for the period stated in our Privacy Policy. No app? Email jhatpat@gmail.com from your registered number's email, or call +91 87569 92565 from the registered number, and we will verify and delete. The full process, and what the law makes us keep, is in the Account & Data Deletion Policy. You can also ask for a copy or a correction of your data the same way; we respond within 30 days.

How do I book?
Use the Jhatpat app on Android or message our official WhatsApp number. Choose a service, pick instant or a slot, and confirm. You get a booking ID and live status.
Can I see the price before confirming?
Yes. Every service shows a starting price, what is included and what is not. Time-based services (home help, care) are priced per 30 minutes or per hour; repair visits show a visit charge, and the partner sends a quote in the app before any work starts.
When do I pay?
Every booking is paid in the app when you confirm — UPI, card or wallet, with the bill (MRP, discounts, GST) shown first. Repairs take the visit charge at booking and the quoted work only after you approve it in the app. Rides, courier and moves are estimated by distance and settled on the actual route. Scrap pickups pay you. There are no hidden charges and no cash at the door.
Where is Jhatpat available?
We open one city at a time, neighbourhood by neighbourhood — Ranchi, Lucknow, Dhanbad and Varanasi are on the way. The app shows exactly what is live at your address, and you can ask for your city on WhatsApp.
Are partners verified?
Yes. Every partner completes government-ID and address verification plus a live selfie check, and a training session before their first job. Jobs start only with a 4-digit code from you, and every booking has in-app support.
Can I book the same person every week?
Recurring bookings let you set days, time and duration. We assign the same partner whenever possible and tell you if that changes.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel from the app. It is free until an hour before the slot; after that a small fee applies because a partner is already on the way. Details are shown before you cancel.
