Get verified & trained
ID and address check, then a short training session at your city hub or on video. Uniform t-shirt issued.

Turn on “online”, accept jobs nearby, start with the customer's code, finish, get rated. Paid every Monday.

What you need
- Smartphone with the Jhatpat app and a working number
- Aadhaar (or other government ID) and a live selfie
- Your own basic tools for your skill
- 18+ years, living in a Jhatpat city
- UPI ID for payouts

Is there a joining fee or deposit?
No. Applying, verification and training are free. We earn a commission on each completed job; your earning for every job is shown before you accept it.
How and when am I paid?
Earnings for Monday to Sunday are paid the following Monday to your UPI ID. Tips are added in full. You can see every job, tip and bonus in the Earnings tab.
Do I have to work fixed hours?
No. Set your weekly hours and radius in Availability, and go online whenever you are free. Scheduled jobs are offered only inside your hours.
Can I do more than one type of service?
Yes. Pick every skill you have during application. Each skill is verified in training and can be added later from Account → Skills.
What if a customer asks for extra work?
Use “Extra time” or send a quote in the app so it is added to the bill. Never take cash for work outside the app — it is not covered by support or ratings.
What happens if I cancel a job?
Cancel early if you must; repeated late cancellations lower your priority for instant jobs. Declining a request never affects your rating.
